Chef Robert Christopher

Robert is now a graduate of the Art Institute culinary program. He is currently taking two additional quarters to gain a certificate in pastry/baking. Robert has also paired up with two fellow students, David and Marvin, to start a catering operation. Photos below cover their first "gig," a wedding party in Palm Desert. Following that are some photos of his current classes in bread making and chocolate.

Some time back Bob designed two menus, both of which featured dishes of his design. The menus are accessed at the following links: Hush Puppies and SLO Pan-Pacific.

These are photos of the catering job that Robert and his two partners tackled. They did their prep work at Susan and Greg's home here in Sun City. The military medals belong to Emil Smith, Robert's grandfather (he found them in box at Susan's place). The panorama shot was of the kitchen at their customer's house.
These next photos were taken during Robert's chocolate class. (He dislikes this class and hates chocolate)
These last shots are of Robert's bread making class. He loves this class and the instructor. The bread is to die for.
